Rama Singh Khalsa ~ Kundalni Yoga Teacher, Tantric Numerology, Deep Tissue Massage

Rama Singh has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 15 years. He is a passionate and intuitive teacher with a gift in numerology. As well as a teacher, this makes him a great counsellor who is dedicated to one's highest consciousness and potential. He is a straight talker, devoted to the example of his Teacher Yogi Bhajan and a man who lives the reality of seva (selfless service). He is also very interested in health and healing through Ayurvedic cooking. Rama leads Wednesday Sadhana (morning yoga & meditation) on Wednesday mornings at 4:00am.

Rama lives in Roberts Creek where he runs an environmentally-minded contracting business called "Aquarius Contracting". He is a Rammed Earth builder and is manifesting living homes and communities that are sustainably designed and built for the next seven generations. Rama is also a body worker specializing in full body deep tissue massage.

Bachan Kaur ~ Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sacred Dance, Full Moon Meditations and Kirtan

Bachan Kaur has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 11 years and teaching as a KRI certified teacher for 7 years. She has also participated in two level 2 teacher trainings focusing on conscious communication and sacred relationship. Her passion is inspiring the divine creative flow of each person's spirit to emerge. She loves working with women, and believes in the healing power of group consciousness.  She recently attended a gathering of the 13 international indigenous Grandmothers and has been even more deeply inspired to serve the awakening of the divine feminine within all people and the balancing and healing of our precious earth.
Bachan believes in the healing power of dance and often incorporates dance into her classes.

  Kelly Woods (Ravi Inder Kaur) ~ Kundalini Yoga Teacher, full moon meditations

Kelly Woods (Ravi Inder Kaur) is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for the past 16 years. She is also a trained actress which lends a dynamic energy to her classes. In addition to being a yoga teacher, she is an award winning filmmaker, an oyster house manager, a sommelier, in development on a domestic goddess tv series and is currently redefining her sacred purpose. Kelly feels blessed to serve her community in the raising of Kundalini energy and supporting people's journeys in the awakening of their true potential.

Sharon Tron ~ Sacred Women's Healing Spiral, full moon meditations

Sharon Tron has been teaching all types of Yoga on the Sunshine Coast for many years through her company "Om Sweet Om Yoga Studios".  She is famous on the Coast and adored by many for her great Yoga classes, her positivity and ability to uplift any situation in a simple, straightforward and playful way.  We are honored to have her co-teaching the Sacred Women's Healing Spiral with Bachan (her sister in law).  This is a class not to be missed!  Sharon is a mother of a beautiful future leader named Ocean and she also practices Thai Massage.

Sharon also loves to sing and chant and is working on her first Sadhana Album!
